1. General Information
Bahama Bay Pool Club is located at the Nassau Cruise Port and offers a poolside experience with cabanas, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and premium service. By purchasing a Day Pass or making a reservation, guests agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Access & Entry Requirements
Minimum age for entry is 8 years old. All guests must present a valid reservation or confirmation upon arrival. Management reserves the right of admission. Reservations remain valid for redemption for up to 30 calendar days from the original reservation date. Guests arriving more than 2 hours after their scheduled reservation time may be accommodated subject to availability. Likewise, guests who choose to redeem their reservation on a different date within the 30-day validity period may be accommodated subject to availability of the originally purchased product.
3. Included Amenities
All access types include: Towel service Access to pool and facilities according to the reservation type
4. Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. All consumption must be purchased within Bahama Bay Pool Club.
5. Pricing & Minimum Consumption
Some experiences include a consumption credit, which: Is valid only during the visit date Cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed for cash Applies only to food and beverage purchases
6. No Refunds & No Cancellations
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or modifications are allowed under any circumstances.
7. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive at their scheduled reservation time will be considered no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.
8. Usage Rules (Cabanas, Day Beds & Jacuzzi)
Each reservation type has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be respected at all times. Additional guests may incur extra charges (subject to availability). Misuse of facilities may result in removal without refund.
9. Property & Accessories Policy
Each reservation type has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be respected at all times. Additional guests may incur extra charges (subject to availability). Misuse of facilities may result in removal without refund. VIP Cabanas accommodate up to 8 guests. Up to 2 additional guests may join the cabana, provided they purchase a Lounge Chair Pass, for a maximum occupancy of 10 guests per cabana.
10. Behavior & Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
11. Capacity & Availability
Entry is subject to daily capacity limits. Bahama Bay Pool Club reserves the right to limit Day Pass sales based on availability.
12. Promotions & Packages
Promotions, early booking rates, and packages may be offered and are subject to: Availability Specific terms at time of purchase Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
13. Local & NCP Discounts
The 10% local resident discount is valid only for on-site purchases at Bahama Bay Pool Club and does not apply to online ticket purchases. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID confirming local residency to receive this discount.
The 15% discount for Nassau Cruise Port (NCP) collaborators and tenants is also valid only for on-site purchases and is not available for online transactions. A valid NCP employee or tenant ID must be presented at the time of purchase to apply the discount.
14. Upgrades & Add-ons
Upgrades (e.g., Day Pass to Day Bed or Cabana) are:

Add-ons such as bottle service or celebration packages may be available.
15. Liability
Bahama Bay Pool Club is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Guests assume responsibility for their own safety while using facilities.
16. Modifications
Bahama Bay Pool Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
