We're located right inside Nassau Cruise Port, just a short walk from the cruise terminal. No taxi or transfer is needed.

We're open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Operating hours may change due to special events or operational conditions.

We offer different experiences including Pool Access, Drinks Packages, Lounge Chairs, Half Day Lounge Chairs, Daybeds, Poolbeds, and VIP Cabanas with Private Jacuzzi.

Our Half Day Lounge Chair Pass lets you enjoy Bahama Bay from either 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and includes a lounge chair, towel service, waiter service, and $30 F&B credit.

We strongly recommend booking online to secure your preferred experience and the best available online rate. All products are subject to availability.

Some packages include F&B credit, while others may include drinks, Open Bar, or meals. Benefits vary by package and are valid only during your visit.

Unused credits or benefits cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

All sales are final and generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be requested if Bahama Bay Pool Club completely closes on your reserved date without prior notice and your experience cannot be provided. Tickets may also be used for up to 30 calendar days after the original reservation date, subject to availability.

Guests have a 30-minute grace period after their reservation time. VIP Cabanas have up to 1 hour.

After this period, your reserved product is subject to availability and the reservation may be considered a no-show.

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and drinks are available for purchase directly at Bahama Bay Pool Club.

Yes. Bahamas residents receive 10% off eligible on-site purchases by presenting a valid government-issued ID.

Yes. Lockers are available in limited quantities and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

As a general policy, the minimum age for entry is 8 years old, and guests aged 8 and older are charged at the applicable adult rate.

Admission of children under 8 may be authorized at the discretion of Bahama Bay Pool Club management. All minors must remain under adult supervision at all times.
